Toronto's kitchens deserve better sourcing.

I grew up in restaurants — bussing tables, prepping line, eventually helping family open their first place in Toronto. The hardest part was never the food. It was finding the right people to work with.
Every operator I've met has a drawer full of business cards from suppliers they never called back. Every supplier I've met has a spreadsheet of restaurants they never quite cracked. The information exists. The relationships don't.
AlleyReach is the network I wish my family had. A place where a chef in Leslieville can find a verified bakery in the west end in five minutes. Where a small produce supplier can quietly tell ten chefs they have a great deal on heirloom tomatoes this week. Where the introductions are warm, the context is real, and nobody has to send cold emails.
We're starting in Toronto, with restaurants and suppliers we know personally. We're building slowly, talking to operators every week, and only growing the network when it actually delivers value.
If that sounds like something you'd want, please reach out. We're listening.
